Ninja Conditioning (Ages 15+)

This class puts a focus on building muscular strength, endurance, and ninja cardio while incorporating both ninja warrior obstacles and classic fitness exercises. Each class will begin with a group warm up. Athletes will then be instructed on the conditioning activities by the Warrior Jungle coach. All work out activities will be posted around the gym. You have the freedom to choose between different style workouts to best suit your specific goals.
