Ninja Warrior Skills (Ages 15+)

This class covers basic skills and obstacles for those looking to bring the fun back to fitness. Participants will gain confidence and will become comfortable jumping, climbing, swinging and dismounting. This class will help you develop the core strengths necessary to take down more advanced obstacles as seen on the show American Ninja Warrior. Build your confidence and strength as you work with instructors looking to bring out the best in you and your abilities.
