3 Week Parkour Class (Ages 8-15)

In our youth parkour course, athletes will practice forms of parkour and free running. What are these disciplines you might ask? Basically we focusing on honing skills that include jumping, landing, rolling, vaulting, and climbing. Obstacles typically used for this class include, bars, vault boxes, precision platforms, warped walls, slanted walls , and various balance and precision obstacles.
